Fatal Crash: Man In Custody After Hitting Woman In Stratford, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash. The collision, which took place on the town line of Stratford and Bridgeport on Thursday, Aug. 10, killed a 25-year-old Stratford woman who was walking along the roadway. According to Capt. Frank Eannotti of the Stratford Police, officers responded to a report that a woman had been struck and killed by a vehicle that was driving west on Lordship Boulevard.  The offending driver was identified as Daniel Camacho, age 32, of Bridgeport, Eannotti said. Hit-Run: Stratford Man Charged With Killing 19-Year-old Woman Police have arrested a man for a hit-and-run crash that killed a 19-year-old Fairfield County woman. Troy Watley, age 28, of Stratford, was arrested on Saturday, July 1, after he allegedly hit and killed the 19-year-old shortly after 12 a.m., near St, Michael’s Cemetery on Stratford Avenue and then fled from the scene, said Capt. Resident Cut With Knife During Armed Home Invasion In Stratford, Police Say Police are searching for three armed men who invaded a home in the early morning hours and demanded money from the homeowner. The incident took place around 4:15 a.m., Monday, May 13, on Light Street in Stratford, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti. According to police, it appears that three men entered the home and demanded money from the residents inside.
