House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Will Be Making Appearance In New Haven
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi will host a talk with her longtime friend and colleague Rep. Rosa DeLauro during a visit to Gateway Community College in New Haven.
Pelosi and DeLauro, who represents Connecticut's third Congressional district, will speak at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, at the school, located at 20 Church St., New Haven, confirmed college officials.
The two, who have worked together in the U.S. House of Representatives since 1999, will discuss equal pay.
