Woman Faces DUI, Drug Charges After Rear-Ending Police Cruiser On I-84 A 24-year-old woman is facing DUI and drug charges after rear-ending a Connecticut State Trooper in a crash on I-84. The crash took place around 9:37 p.m. Wednesday when the state trooper was traveling eastbound on I-84 near Farmington behind a construction vehicle with his emergency lights flashing and a vehicle driven by Alexandra Warzecho of Terryville hit the rear of the police cruiser at a high rate of speed, said the state police.
