Norwalk Resident Nabbed For Stabbing Man, Police Say A Fairfield County resident has been nabbed for allegedly stabbing a man in the stomach.  The attack took place in Norwalk around 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 17 on Ely Avenue. According to Norwalk Police Lt. Tomasz Podgorski, officers responded to the area after receiving a 911 regarding a stabbed man. Multiple officers responded to provide emergency medical aid and to look for the suspect, Podgorski said.  Upon their arrival at the scene, officers were quickly able to provide medical assistance to the victim, who was stabbed on the right side of his abdomen, Podgorski said. Norwalk Man Arrested For 2017 Murder Norwalk Man Arrested For 2017 Murder
Norwalk Man Arrested For 2017 Murder A Norwalk man was arrested for murder Friday, March 9, in connection with the shooting death of Johnny Lezeau in July, according to Norwalk police. Jermaine Scott, 21, of Woodward Avenue, was arrested on a warrant following an investigation into the July 20 shooting of the 26-year-old man on Ely Avenue, police said. Lezeau was found with life-threatening wounds, at about 7:45 p.m. He was transported to Norwalk Hospital where he later died. Scott is being held on $1 million. He is set to appear in court later this month.
