CT Man Arrested For $3 Armed Robbery, Police Say A Connecticut man was arrested for an alleged armed robbery at a convenience store in which he walked out with only $3. Fairfield County Man Nabbed After Repeatedly Stabbing Roommate, Police Say A Stratford man is behind bars after stabbing his roommate repeatedly, according to Stratford Police. David Newman, 42, of 91 Gina Circle was arrested after he attacked his roommate on Tuesday, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti. According to Eannotti, the incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. at the residence while the two were arguing and Newman stabbed the rommate with a knife several times in the arm and shoulder. It is unknown what prompted the attack.  The roommate was able to fend off the attack at which time Newman returned to his bedroom and waited for officers to arrive. He …
