Woman Charged With Larceny In Darien For Using Stolen License Plate, Police Say A 47-year-old woman was charged in Fairfield County with larceny after allegedly using a license plate that had been reported stolen from another vehicle. Sera Fina, address unknown, was arrested in Darien on Thursday, Sept. 7 after she approached a police officer for help with her vehicle.  According to Darien Police Sgt.
