Police: Mother Arrested After Baby Found Wandering On Wilton Roadway A mother has been arrested after her 2-year-old child was found walking barefoot in a roadway without a jacket and all alone in Fairfield County. Chunli He was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 24, when the child was found walking on New Street in Wilton, according to police.
