Stamford Woman Breaks Open Window, Enters Home As Greenwich Resident Is Sleeping, Police Say A 31-year-old woman was arrested after breaking a window to enter a home where the resident was sleeping, according to Greenwich Police. Carol Podgurski of Stamford was arrested after officers responded to a home around 2 a.m. Tuesday in the Cos Cob area for a report that she had broken into the residence, Greenwich Police said.
