Man Found Asleep Behind The Wheel In Wilton Arrested For DUI, Police Say A 38-year-old man was charged with driving under the influence after he was found sleeping in the driver's seat of his running vehicle in Fairfield County. Robert Anthony Hartman, 59, was stopped on Saturday, Dec. 28, after Wilton Police clocked him allegedly driving 55 mph in a 30 mph zone near the intersection of Wolfpit Road with Belden Hill Road, Wilton Police said. Erratic Driving Stop In Wilton Leads To DUI Charge For Norwalk Man A 27-year-old area man was busted for allegedly driving drunk after being spotted by a resident driving erratically. Michael Norrholm, of Norwalk, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 2 after Wilton Police received a report from a resident of a 2013 white Ford Focus driving erratically northbound on Belden Hill Road, said Wilton Police. As hundreds remained without power following severe storms that swept through the area late Tuesday afternoon and evening, a crash that initially blocked a lane causing gridlock on I-95 Wednesday morning. Stamford Man Caught Speeding In Wilton Was Under Influence, Police Say A local man was busted for drinking and driving after being caught speeding in his 2015 Audi S4 during a traffic stop in Wilton over Labor Day Weekend. An officer from the Wilton Police Department who was conducting surveillance for impaired drivers stopped Stamford resident Christopher Cole, 30, on Belden Hill Road when he was spotted speeding.
