Trumbull Teen Robbed at Gunpoint, Dirt Bike Stolen By Convicted Felon: Police
A 14-year-old Trumbull teen was robbed at gunpoint on New Year's Eve while riding his dirt bike on the Rails to Trails path, authorities said.
Giovanni DeJesus, 19, of Bridgeport, was arrested shortly after the incident, recovering the stolen bike and an illegal firearm, Bridgeport police said.
The robbery occurred around 5 p.m. near the pump station between White Plains Road and Quarry Road. Police say DeJesus, part of a group on dirt bikes, approached the 14-year-old victim, pointed a handgun at him, and ordered him off the bike before speeding off into Bridgeport.

A 43-year-old man was arrested by Connecticut State Police on alleged gun charges after he was handed over by Bridgeport Police where he was wanted for domestic violence.
Gregory Thompson, 43, of Bridgeport, was first arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 3, when state police detectives assigned to the Crime Control Task Force, along with the Statewide Narcotics Task Force and the Bridgeport Police, On September 3, 2019, executed a search warrant at his home in Bridgeport, said the Connecticut State Police.

72 Pounds Of Pot Seized In Nor'easter Raid In Stamford
During the height of the Nor'easter, Stamford cops busted seven people Friday for operating a drug factory and scooped up more than 72 pounds high-grade pot.
The bust comes after a lengthy investigation by the departments Narcotics and Organized Crime unit, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
