20-Year-Old Charged In Halloween Shooting In Trumbull A 20-year-old Trumbull man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on Halloween in 2017. Anthony Digirolamo was arrested Tuesday on various weapons-related charges following an intensive investigation, said Trumbull Police Lt. Doug Smith.
