'Amityville Horror' Ghost Hunter To Be Buried In ‘Haunted’ Cemetery Lorraine Rita Moran Warren, renowned ghost hunter and paranormal researcher of "Amityville Horror" fame, will be buried in the "haunted" Fairfield County cemetery at Stepney Village in Monroe, where people have claimed to see a White Lady roaming the grounds. Warren, who died on Thursday, April 18, at her Monroe home at the age of 92, was half of the husband and wife team of Ed and Lorraine Warren, known as the “ Seekers of the Supernatural”. Renowned Ghost, Demon Hunter, Investigator Lorraine Warren Of Monroe Dies Real-life ghost and demon hunter and paranormal investigator Lorraine Warren has died, her family reported.  Warren died in her sleep at her Monroe home on Thursday, April 18. She was 92. Warren and her late husband, Ed Warren, who died in 2006, were known throughout the world for their work that inspired movies, including the "Conjuring" horror franchise.
