Edmond E. Benini, 96, Of Croton-On-Hudson
CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Edmond E. Benini, of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Saturday, July 4. He was 96.
Benini was born in Connecticut to Primo and Giovanna (Valicelli) Benini,
Edmond served in the U.S. Army from 1943-46 in the Philippines.
He married Janice Hotaling in 1958.
He taught industrial arts at Ossining High School for many years and coached both ice hockey and golf.
His love of traveling led him to spend five years teaching in Japan, journeying to all seven continents, 72 different countries and every state in the US.

Greenwich Attorney Joins Newly Named Firm Johnson, Haslun And Hogeman
GREENWICH, Conn. – Greenwich attorney William I. "Chip" Haslun II is the newest member of town law firm Johnson, Haslun & Hogeman LLP.
He joins the firm after 28 years at Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, another Greenwich-based firm.
Haslun will focus on land, zoning laws and occasional civil litigation.
