Norwalk Driver Stopped In Westport Charged With Selling Pot WESTPORT, Conn. -- A 27-year-old Norwalk man was charged with selling marijuana in Westport after being pulled over for a busted tail light last week, according to police. At around 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, a detective stopped a car on Compo Road South after seeing it driving with a non-functioning tail light, police said. An odor of marijuana could be detected coming from the car, police said.
