ID Released For 14-Year-Old Killed In CT Crash In Stolen Vehicle A 14-year-old who was killed in a CT crash in an alleged stolen vehicle has been identified by police. Novelle Nesmith of Hartford died about an hour after being hospitalized following the 1:30 p.m. crash on Sunday, Jan. 14, in Hartford County in Wethersfield. According to the Wethersfield Police, three juveniles were riding in a stolen vehicle when the driver lost control, hit a tree, and then hit a home on Church Street. No one in the house was injured. The incident took place in Hartford County on Monday, Jan. 8 at Wethersfield High School in Hartford.  According to Wethersfield Police, a school resource officer received information that a student at the high school brought a realistic airsoft pistol and knife to school.
