Man Asleep In Car At Busy Westport Intersection Under Influence Of Drugs, Police Say A  man who fell asleep behind the wheel in the middle of a busy intersection was found in possession of marijuana and cocaine, police said. Officers from the Westport Police Department received reports at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, from drivers near the intersection of Treadwell Avenue and Saugatuck Avenue of a motorist that was stopped in the middle of the roadway. Police said that the driver - later identified as Westport resident Cameron Masnayon - did not respond to other motorists’ attempts to get his attention.
