Police Identify Woman Who Ripped Off Tip Jar From Area Bakery A woman who stole the employee tip jar from a bakery has been identified by police. The incident took place around 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, at Scratch Baking on Board Street, in Milford, when the woman stuffed the jar with cash into a large handbag, the bakery told police. The bakery then posted a video of the woman snatching the jar on its Facebook page and police posted photos of the still unidentified woman on its Facebook page.
