Westport Library Employee Possessed Child Porn, Police Say A Westport Library employee wanted on a warrant for child porn charges, turned himself to police, according to the Westport Police Department. Robert Kelly, 43, turned himself over to police Monday after a warrant was issued last week following an intensive investigation conducted by state and local police in which numerous child porn photos were found on his computer and other electronic devices, said Lt.
