CT Teen Killed In Car Crash Remembered For His Kind Heart, Promising Future A 16-year-old Connecticut boy killed in a car crash earlier this week is being remembered for his work ethic, leadership, and compassion for his peers. Will Neeb died Monday, Dec. 16, when his car veered off Pickett District Road in New Milford around 8:10 a.m. and crashed into a fence, NBC Connecticut reported. Police said he died at the scene. New Milford High School identified Neeb as the driver on Tuesday. 17-Year-Old CT HS Student Killed, 2 Critical Following 3-Vehicle Crash A 17-year-old high school student was killed and two others were critically injured during a three-car crash in Connecticut. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 2:20 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22 in New Milford on Danbury Road (Route 7) in front of Italia Mia restaurant. An investigation found that a 2006 Infiniti G35 was traveling north on Route 7 in the right lane and a 2022 Hyundai Tucson was attempting to turn left into Italia Mia from the left southbound lane, said Lt. Lee Grabner of the New Milford Police. Ghost Gun Found At CT High School Following Fight Three students were arrested following a fight at a Connecticut high school in which a loaded ghost gun was found. The fight took place in Litchfield County in New Milford around 9:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 26 at New Milford High School. The school was immediately put into lockdown and officers swiftly moved to locate the involved parties, said Chief Spencer Cerruto, of the New Milford Police.  A juvenile and two other students were detained at the scene, Cerruto said. New Principal Named At High School In Fairfield County A high school in Fairfield County has announced its new principal. Matthew Forker is the new principal of Stamford High School, Stamford Public Schools announced on Wednesday, Aug. 4. Forker replaced Raymond Manka, who left his position in June after accepting a new job at New Milford High School. According to the announcement, Forker served as the assistant principal at the high school for the past 10 years. He began his teaching career in the social studies department.
