Woman Attempts To Stab Man In Area Domestic Incident, Police Say An area woman attempted to stab a man with a steak knife during a domestic dispute, police said. Members of the Milford Police Department were dispatched to an apartment on Broadway shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, where there was a report of a domestic violence incident. Police said that the investigation into the incident led to the arrest of Milford residents Laurie Francoeur, 54, and Michael Kucewicz, 51, who were engaged in a physical altercation inside the apartment.
