Danbury Man Charged In Burglary Of Monroe Business A 32-year-old man has been arrested by Monroe Police for a business burglary that took place last October. Jacob Bardin, Danbury, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 4,  for a commercial burglary that took place at TLC Inc. located at 742 Main Street in Monroe on Oct. 1, 2018, said Monroe Police Lt. Bridgeport Man Charged With Stealing Tools From Van In Monroe MONROE, Conn. -- A Bridgeport man was charged with breaking into a van in Monroe and stealing more than $2,000 worth of tools. Monroe Police received a report in November that the van had been broken into at a Main Street business and the tools were stolen. Detectives investigating the incident later located some of the stolen items at a local pawn shop, police said. Through their investigation, police were able to identify 57-year-old Leonard Frascatore of Bridgeport as a suspect, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest, police said.
