Carjacker Breaks Both Of Victim's Legs; Suspect Still At-Large A man broke both his legs after he jumped on his vehicle in an attempt to stop a carjacker from driving away with it and was thrown off in the process, police said.  The 58-year-old victim called 911 at around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 from the parking lot of a Wells Fargo at 391 Foxon Boulevard, according to New Haven Police (the business has moved, police said, but there remain two working automated teller machines).
