CT Road Rage Incident With Shooting Victim: Seen Anything?
Did you see something? State police are asking the public's help in their investigation of a road-rage incident that occurred early Sunday morning on a stretch of I-84 in Connecticut. At approximately 1:54 a.m., troopers responded to the I-84 eastbound exit 45 on-ramp (Flatbush Avenue) for a reported road rage incident with gunshots fired.
