Man, 55, Charged After Leaving Scene of Crash, Police Say A motorist from Fairfield County who attempted to flee following a hit-and-run crash in Connecticut was tracked down by police with the help of some eagle-eyed witnesses. Officers from the Milford Police Department received a report of a crash near the intersection of Bridgeport Avenue and Ormond Street during the evening commute on Thursday, Sept. 28 involving two drivers, one of which fled the area.
