Man Accused Of Striking Officer After Swearing At Residents From His Car, Police Say A Shelton man has been charged after police say he struck an officer and swore at residents from his vehicle. Milford Police say they responded to the area of Anderson Avenue near Ashwood Road on the report of a breach of peace incident on Sunday, June 9 around 4 a.m. Further investigation revealed that a man, identified as Collin Webster, 31, of Shelton, drove by an Ashwood Road home and swore at the residents while driving erratically, according to police.
