With thousands of motorcycles expected to pass through Westport for the 10th Annual Connecticut United Ride, police are advising drivers to avoid Saugatuck Avenue, Riverside Avenue, Wilton Road and Newtown Turnpike from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
This large motorcycle event is in remembrance of all those who lost their lives in the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
