Michael Collins, 29, of Westport, also pleaded not to one count of third-degree possession of child pornography in Stamford Superior Court, the Advocate said.
Collins, who was the head lifeguard at Burying Hill Beach, secretly photographed and videotaped his female colleagues inside a lifeguard shack as they undressed for work and engaged in other activities, later pasting their photos on his bedroom wall with other disturbing images and words.
He also took photos of women and children on the town beach, focusing on private body parts, according to the Advocate.
Collins is undergoing a mental health evaluation and will return to court in March, the Advocate said.
