Saturday, Sept. 7

Saturday Summer Clambakes and Cookouts: 3 p.m. A clambake cookout includes hot dogs, chicken, coleslaw, grilled veggies, pig roast, potato salad and baked beans, as well as dessert of watermelon and seasonal fruit cobblers. Cost is $25 for adults, $12 for kids under 10 and Free for kids under 5. Redding Roadhouse, 406 Redding Road, Redding.

Sunday, Sept. 8

Honey Harvest Celebration with Red Bee Honey and Saugatuck Grain and Grape: 1 to 3 p.m. It is the final Talk, Tour and Honey Tasting of the beekeeping season. Join Jeff Marron, co-owner of Saugatuck Grain and Grape to create special honey-inspired cocktails and liqueurs for the tasting menu. Marina Marchese, beekeeper and founder of Red Bee Honey, will give a private tour of her Red Bee apiary and gardens and will demonstrate the honey harvest process. Cost is $65.
