Woman, 22, Walking On Median Damages Patrol Car, CT State Police Say A 22-year-od woman walking in the median of I-84 is facing charges after allegedly damaging a patrol car while Connecticut State Police troopers were attempting to take her into custody for causing trouble in the roadway. Waterbury resident Tyara Lewis was arrested at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday night, after she was asked to stop by troopers several times while walking in the median on I-84 in the westbound lanes near exit 26 in Cheshire.
