Police: Man Wanted In Stamford Impaired By Drugs While Stopping At Green Lights In Westport A man who police say is wanted in Stamford has been charged after he allegedly stopped at a series of green lights in Westport while impaired by drugs. Westport Police say they took custody of Ronnie Manning on Sunday, Sept. 22. According to police, a Westport EMS crew called in a complaint that a motorist was driving erratically in the area of Riverside Avenue near Treadwell Avenue on Wednesday, Sept. 12 around 3:15 p.m. The report stated that the driver stopped at multiple green lights for an extended period of time and was being passed by other motorists, police say.
