Bridgeport Man Who Distributed Heroin To OD Victim Sentenced A 23-year-old Fairfield County man has been sentenced for distributing heroin that led to a fatal overdose. John Durham, the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced on Wednesday that Bridgeport resident Richard “Raw” Estaba has been sentenced in district court to one day of imprisonment, time already served in jail, six months of home confinement and four years of supervised release for distributing heroin to an overdose victim in Seymour.
