New York Man Pleads Guilty To Trafficking 120 Pounds Of Pot In Stamford STAMFORD, Conn. — A New York man pleaded guilty Tuesday to taking over 120 pounds of marijuana to Stamford and selling 40 pounds of it to a local man, prosecutors said.  Gustavo Garcia, 29, of Queens, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Janet Bond Arterton in New Haven to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana.
