Fatal Hit-Run Sentencing For Greenwich Teen Delayed Sentencing for a teenager who admitted to his role in a fatal hit-and-run has been postponed. Andrew Schmidt, 19, was scheduled to appear in Greenwich Superior Court on Wednesday morning after pleading guilty to the April 2016 hit-and-run. However, his case was postponed and he is scheduled to return on Tuesday, Dec. 11, when he is expected to receive a prison term of between one and three years.
