CT Activates First Severe Cold Weather Protocol Of Season
With brutally cold temperatures expected to impact Connecticut, the state has activated its severe cold weather protocol for the first time this winter. Gov. Ned Lamont announced on Monday, Jan. 10, that the protocol will be in effect from noon on Monday through noon on Wednesday, Jan. 12.
