Newtown Restaurant Reaches Settlement With Feds
The owners of a Fairfield County restaurant and its landlord has reached a settlement with the federal government to resolve claims that it did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The owners of an inn and a restaurant in Westport reached resolutions with officials regarding alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
