Redding Residents Favor Plan For Outdoor Skating Rink

REDDING, Conn. -- The majority of Redding residents may support the installation of an annual ice skating rink, according to The Redding Pilot.

Park & Recreation Commissioner John Board conducted an unofficial survey of 110 residents, and 80 percent responded with support of the idea, reported The Redding Pilot.

The rink would cost $12,000, but the amount would decrease in subsequent years after the equipment is purchased, The Redding Pilot said.
