Pin Named Head Of School At Joel Barlow High School

The appointment is effective July 1, pending contract negotiations. 

Pin currently is filling this role on an interim basis. 

She will replace Thomas McMorran, who became superintendent of Easton, Redding and Region 9 Schools last year. Joel Barlow High School includes students from Easton and Redding. 

Pin previously taught special education at both Ridgefield East Ridge Middle School, and Ridgefield High School. She later taught general and advanced placement psychology. In 2005, Pin became an administrator at Ridgefield High School, working as student life coordinator.
