Monroe residents joined Sredzinski for a lively discussion surrounding issues of concern to them, including the transportation lockbox, gun control legislation and labor agreements with the state.
"I was really pleased with the turnout tonight," said Sredzinski. "I always appreciate constituents taking the time to share their concerns with me.
"This event was held to discuss what I believe are going to be the major issues discussed in Hartford over the next few months, and the people who came here tonight confirmed to me that my district’s biggest concerns are the same as mine -- getting the state’s fiscal house in order, protecting transportation funding, making structural changes to the way state conducts business."
