TRUMBULL, Conn. — Crews from the Nichols Fire Department responded to a two-car crash Saturday on the northbound Merritt Parkway in Trumbull, according to a Facebook post.

Photo Credit: Nichols Fire DepartmentThe crash occurred at about 12:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 near Exit 52, the post said. Crews stabilized the damaged vehicle, applied speedy dry to the spilled fluids, and protected the scene for Trumbull EMS.
Rescue 300 and Squad 309 responded to the scene on the northbound side of the Merritt Parkway. No further information was released on the crash.
