TRUMBULL, Conn. -- The Nichols Fire Department in Trumbull recently announced the promotion of two members to the rank of captain by Chief J. Brian McGovern.
Two members of the Nichols Fire Department, Ray Franko Jr. and Gary Pugliese, were recently sworn in as Captains.
