Trumbull Police Searching For Man Dressed In Camouflage With Rifle

TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Trumbull police are searching for a man who was spotted around 11 a.m. Wednesday dressed in a green camouflage jumpsuit possibly carrying a rifle on Booth Hill Road near MacDonald Road, according to the Trumbull Police.

Police are looking for a man wearing camo carrying a rifle who was seen near Booth Hill Elementary School.

Officers immediately responded to the area upon receiving a report of the man, however no such subject was located. St. Joseph’s High School and Booth Hill Elementary School were notified and restricted outside activities, securing their facilities, police said.

Officers also responded to each of the schools and will remain onsite until the completion of the school day.
