Daniel Silva was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of greater than 4 ounces of marijuana, illegal sale in a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession within 1,500 feet of a school, Trumbull Times reports.

Police had been called to his house last month on a report of a fight, The Times says. Rafael Cruz, of Bridgeport, was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order in that incident, which led to the search of the home on a police warrant, Trumbull Times says.
