Police saw drugs in the man's waistband after his girlfriend spilled coffee on the front seat of the car and he leaned forward to help clean it up, according to the Times.
He was arrested and charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics, added the Trumbull Times.
