Sixth Home Depot Worker Charged In Trumbull Theft Ring, Police Say

TRUMBULL, CONN. -- A sixth person connected to an alleged employee theft ring at Home Depot in Trumbull has been arrested, according to a report by The Trumbull Times.

Dubois Smith, a 51-year-old Bridgeport resident, has been charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny, police told The Trumbull Times.

According to a recent report by fox61.com, the other suspects are: Jerel Santamaria, 21, of Monroe; Santiago Gonzalez, 22, of Bridgeport; Jonathan Stunzi, 20 of Trumbull; Gregory Alston, 29, of Stamford; and Romie Saunders, of Bridgeport.

They are all charged in connection with the theft of tools and other merchandise from the store on Monroe Turnpike in October 2015, media reports said.
