Redding Police Investigating Thefts From Cars Overnight

REDDING, Conn. — The Redding Police Department said it is investigating many thefts from motor vehicles that were reported during the overnight hours.

Police are also reminding residents to always lock your car and hide all valuables — even when a car is parked in your own driveway.

Similar warnings and rashes of car break-ins have been reported in other area towns, including Fairfield and Darien.
