James Turner was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive right at 11:40 p.m. April 20, police said. He was released on $500 bond and has a court date May 18.
The incident began when Milford police responded to a crash on Ormand Street in which the vehicle had left the scene.
A witness to the first crash followed Turner, who headed into Stratford, where the witness saw him crash again, police said.
Turner was arrested after he was found at the Stratford crash scene, police said.
