Police reportedly are looking for a man between 20 and 30-years-old who is Hispanic, of short stature, and wearing a hat that has the letters on the front of "RA." He is believed to have been working with another male who took money and jewelry from a bedroom, says the report.

The burglars reportedly distracted the homeowner whereby the first man asked her to go see tree work that her neighbor was having while the other stole the items, according to the Trumbull Times.

Residents are being advised by Trumbull police to beware of people attempting to have them leave their residence for any reason and to call police immediately if they believe they are being intentionally distracted, says the report.
