MONROE, Conn. – A man reportedly was found sleeping in his car Sunday night with its engine on at a main Monroe intersection, according to the Connecticut Post.
Police responded to a report of the vehicle, not moving at the Route 111 and Elm Street intersection at 11:19 p.m., says the Post report.
The man in the driver’s seat, 23-year old Matthew Rontondo, of Monroe, reportedly had a couple of heroin bags that were empty in his car, according to the Connecticut Post.
He reportedly did not pass a field sobriety test and was arrested, says the Post report.
