Ohio Man Accused Of Inappropriate Social Media Contact With Redding Teen

REDDING, Conn. -- Redding police have accused an Ohio man of having inappropriate conversations and sending inappropriate images to a 15-year-old local girl via social media, according to newstimes.com.

Mark Barrientes, 31, of Leipsic, Ohio, was arrested by Redding police April 20 after a 17-month investigation, according to newstimes.com, which reported he has been charged with risk of injury to a minor.

Barrientes, who was taken into custody with the help of authorities in Ohio, was arraigned and released on $10,000 bond, according to newstimes.com. He later turned himself in to police in Redding, where he was again released on $10,000 bond, according to newstimes.
