Monroe Volunteer Firefighters Extinguish Shed Fire

MONROE, Conn. – Responders from the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department beat down a fire in a shed on Monroe Turnpike on Friday.

The fire proved to be relatively small, but the structure, as well as items within the shed, were damaged.

Crews from the Stevenson Volunteer Fire Company also responded.
